Student : Conjugated bilirubin , Intestine এ এসে Deconjugated  হয়ে urobilinogen তৈরি করে। এই urobilinogen ই  Stercobilinogen এ convert হয় intestinal bacteria  এর সাহায্যে।😸

Hemoglobin breakdown হয়ে যে  heme তৈরি হয় এই heme⏩⏩ , Heme oxygenase enzyme এর সাহায্যে Biliverdin তৈরি করে।⏩⏩পরে এই Biliverdin , Biliverdin reductase enzyme এর সাহায্যে Unconjugated bilirubin তৈরি করে⏩⏩ যা  liver এ এসে hepatocytes এ Conjugation হয় with Glucoronic acid by Glucoronyl transferase enzyme and  Conjugated bilirubin  তৈরি  হয়।😎😎😎😎😎
External :😱😱 বাঃ বাঘের বাচ্চা । এখন তাহলে বল কোন কোন  condition এ b conjugated and unconjgated bilirubin বাড়ে?

 Student : Sir #Unconjugated_Bilirubin , liver এ এসে conjugated  হয় liver এ কোন proble থাকলে বা কোন কারণে যদি RBC বেশি বেশি breakdown হয় তাহলে #unconjugated_bilirubin বাড়বে⤴⤴⤴ .

- #Crigler_najjar_syndrome (deficiency or absence of Glucoronyl transferase enzyme)

আর স্যার  #conjugated_bilirubin তখন ই বাড়ে⤴⤴⤴ যখন billiary cuhannel এ কোন obstruction এর কারণে Bile এর সাথে conjugated bilirubin বের হতে পারে না। মানে তখনconjugated bilirubin , blood  এ চলে আসে-

-#Dubin_johnson_syndrome ( decreased hepatic excretion of conjugated bilirubin)
-#Rotors_syndrome ( decreased hepatic excretion of conjugated bilirubin)
Normally blood এ  Unconjugated bilirubin বেশি থাকে  conjugated bilirubin এর চেয়ে।
