Causes of tender hepatomegaly........

A= Acute viral hepatitis
A= Abscess( liver abscess)
B= Budd-Chiari syndrome
C= Congestive cardiac failure
C=Chronic constrictive pericarditis     

##এখন দেখি #Budd_chiari syndrome টা  আসলে কি? 

##It is a rare condition caused by thrombosis of the larger hepatic veins and sometimes IVC.

A= Acute upper abdominal pain
A=Ascitis( marked)
A= Acute liver failure ( occasionally)
HE= Hepatomegaly
P=peripheral edema( when IVC obstruction)
TEN=Tenderness over the liver.
